Since the mid-2010s, FloMarching has been the home of Fan Favorite voting for the DCI season. Every summer, thousands cast their vote in show-specific Fan Favorite polls that run throughout the entirety of the Drum Corps International Summer Tour, culminating in one last winner at DCI World Championships.

This season, however, things are going to look a little different.
What's New for 2026
DCI have partnered up with Yokohama Tire to bring a giveaway element to fans who participate in the Fan Favorite voting.
One vote = one chance to win big!
Throughout the entire DCI season, each time fans submit a vote for their Fan Favorite ensemble, fans get entered into a drawing to win an exciting prize: One fan will be randomly selected from the votes to win a new set of four tires from Yokohama Tire.
Additionally, every vote cast for a specific corps counts toward a season-long tally that could help your favorite drum corps win a cash prize, sponsored by Yokohama Tire.
- World Class: $5,000 award announced at the beginning of DCI World Championship Finals Retreat
- All-Age Class: $2,500 award announced at the beginning of All-Age Class Championship Finals Retreat
- Open Class: $2,500 award announced on Friday evening after DCI World Championship Semifinals
How the Voting Process Changed
While the voting itself will largely be the same, fans will notice two key changes:
- A CAPTCHA process has been added in order to ensure voters are all human.
- Fans will now have to submit a name and email address in order to cast their vote for Fan Favorite. This information gathering was added in order to accommodate the season-long Yokohama Tire giveaway.
Takeaways
While the voting process may have slightly changed, DCI and FloMarching are hopeful that fans will appreciate the adjustments in order to deliver a new element paired with Fan Favorite voting.
We're also excited to say that there will be a few more Fan Favorite polls this season when compared to previous years! Fans can look forward to at least one Fan Favorite poll per week, with many weeks having two or three.
There's a lot of excitement building around this DCI season; buckle up because it all kicks off in less than 24 hours.

The DCI World Championships begin on Thursday, August 6 with Prelims before moving onto Semifinals on Friday, August 7, and Finals on Saturday, August 8.
