The new venue for DCI Houston has been confirmed.

DCI Houston, which was set to take place on July 17th at the University of Houston's TDECU Stadium, has officially been relocated to Katy ISD’s Legacy Stadium. The move to a new venue was due to "urgent turf repairs" that needed to take place at TDECU Stadium.

The new venue in Katy is approximately 45 minutes west of TDECU Stadium; a straight shot down I-10. Here's what DCI had to say about the recent announcement:

Katy Independent School District’s Legacy Stadium will step in to host the July 17 show presented by Fruhauf Uniforms. Part of the annual DCI Texas Series presented by USBands, the move marks a homecoming of sorts for the DCI Summer Tour, which previously held highly successful events at the 12,000-seat high school mega-stadium in 2018 and 2019.

For fans looking for information regarding tickets, here's what you need to know:

• Priority pre-sale: Members of the Friends of DCI and spectators who previously purchased tickets for the University of Houston venue will receive exclusive access to a priority pre-sale window beginning Friday, June 19, at 11 a.m. CT/noon, 12 p.m. ET. Details and direct links will be emailed to original buyers.
• Public on-sale: Tickets for the general public will go on sale through the DCI Box Office online beginning Monday, June 22, at 11 a.m. CT/noon, 12 p.m. ET.
