DCI Houston, which was set to take place on July 17th at the University of Houston's TDECU Stadium, will need to be relocated to a new venue due to the stadium's need for "urgent turf repairs." 

As of June 10th, a new venue has not been officially announced by DCI.

Here's what DCI says this means for current ticket holders and fans:

The event is not canceled: The DCI Houston event will still take place on its originally scheduled date with the same lineup of corps.

Ticket sales temporarily paused: Online ticket sales have paused to secure and finalize the setup of the new venue.

Venue announcement coming soon: DCI is currently in conversation with alternative Houston venues and expects to announce the new stadium location in the near future.

Refunds: Full refunds of individual ticket sales, including premium add-ons, parking and processing fees will be processed within the next seven to ten business days. 

DCI Houston takes place just one day before one of DCI's biggest events of the season, the DCI Southwestern Championship (July 18 in San Antonio, TX), and will be streamed on FloMarching as part of our coverage of the 2026 DCI Season.
