The Bluecoats will debut their 2024 production exclusively on FloMarching for the second year in a row at the 2024 Bluecoats Opening Night Community Celebration. Mirroring last year, the jam-packed pre-season extravaganza will take place on June 29th at Kehres Stadium at the University of Mount Union. Featuring other local ensembles and Ohio-based drum and bugle corps, the Bluecoats Opening Night Community Celebration will kick off the 2024 DCI season with an Ohio-shaped bang!

This partnership between the Bluecoats and FloMarching was first announced last year and will continue through the 2027 Drum Corps International season. So get excited for the opportunity to experience the Bluecoats Opening Night Community Celebration alongside more than 30 other DCI events streaming live on FloMarching throughout the summer.

Exciting performances coming out of California, Texas, Indiana, and more will be served up to fans from June 26th through DCI World Championships on August 8th through 10th. And just like last season, enjoy enhanced stream quality, rebroadcasts with sound throughout the season, and archives with sound for some of your favorite shows.

An exciting addition to the 2024 Drum Corps International season is the new partnership between DCI and DCI All-Age (formerly DCA, or Drum Corps Associates). The new plan, which was first announced at the 2023 January Annual Meetings, outlines how DCI All-Age will be placed underneath the DCI umbrella for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, allowing drum corps fans to see some new faces amongst their favorite DCI ensembles throughout the summer. 

Competition season officially kicks off on Wednesday, June 26th with the Midwest Premiere in Rockford, MI where audiences will get their first look at productions from Phantom Regiment, Boston Crusaders, The Cavaliers, and more. Get excited about at least three live shows per week, leading up to DCI Finals Week at Lucas Oil Stadium from August 8th through 10th.

The full program on Saturday, June 29th will begin with local favorites from the Buckeye State and culminate in the premiere of the never-before-seen 2024 Bluecoats show.
