DARE Independent All Age Winterguard is from Binghamton, New York. We practice just a mere 6 hours per month and realize we are a work in progress! But we feel fortunate to be able to spin at all this season. Our 2021 virtual season is dedicated to our personal heroes as well as to all of the frontline/essential workers who have shown what bravery & compassion is all about during this pandemic.
