The Cavaliers' second DCI World Championship title came just three seasons after their first. Although they had a spectacular start, it was a battle for the corps during the middle of the season as they lost shows to corps like the Blue Devils, The Cadets, and Madison Scouts—but by finals week, those losses were quickly forgotten.

During the 1995 DCI World Championships in Buffalo, NY, The Cavaliers opened the gap from 1st to 2nd from two-tenths to 1.1 points.
