Showband Shines at 3 Upcoming USBands Competitions

Showband will shine at 3 upcoming USBands competitions this Fall marching band season, allowing fans the opportunity to see top-tier high school programs back-to-back with special exhibition performances from well-known showband programs across the South. Check out the information below and mark your calendars because these are shows you absolutely will not want to miss.

USBands Southeast Showdown

Fans can enjoy performances from II A - V A high school programs, including Memphis Central High School (V A) Center Point High School (IV A), Pleasant Grove High School (III A), Columbia High School (II A), and many more. Special exhibition performances at the 2022 Southeast Showdown include:

  • Huntingdon College Marching Band
  • Alabama State University Drum Majors and Drumline
  • Talladega College Marching Band

USBands Show-Up & Show-Out On the Hill

  • October 15 | Prairie View, TX

Fall marching band action heads to Prairie View, TX for the USBands Show-UP and Show-Out on the Hill. Fans can enjoy performances from I A, II A, and III A programs, including Thurgood Marshall High School (III A), Cedar Hill High School (II A), Justin F. Kimball High School (I A), and many more. Following the conclusion of the scored competition, there will be a special exhibition performance by the Prairie View A&M Marching Band.

USBands Showdown In the Capitol

Last but not least, fans can catch some late-season showband action at the USBands Showdown In the Capitol on November 5th. Current entries include Tucket High School (IV A), Monroe High School (III A), Nansemond River High School (III A), and North Atlanta High School (II A), with the list of performing groups growing on a weekly basis.
