Throughout the offseason and leading up to the 2023 DCI season, we'll be keeping track of DCI staff changes so you don't have to! This list will be ongoing, so keep checking back for updates.


The Academy

  • The Academy recently announced that they are now hiring a new corps director. More info can be found here.

Blue Knights

  • Blue Knights announced bringing on a new artistic director, Pyro Lugo-Allen. A full write-up and bio can be found here.
  • The corps announce the return of Jed Weeks as the organization’s Program Coordinator. Read the press release here.
  • BK announces Jeremy Seneca as their 2023 drill writer. More info can be found here.
  • Jeff Ausdemore was hired on again as BK's 2023 Percussion Arranger. Read the press release here.

Blue Stars

  • Blue Stars introduced their 2023 design team and caption heads. The La Crosse-based corps welcomes a new Battery Arranger/Composer and Battery Caption Head. Read the press release here.

Bluecoats

  • Bluecoats recently announced that they have hired Kevin LeBoeuf as their new Brass Caption Head. The full story can be read here.

Carolina Crown

  • Crown announces Kevin Shah (Percussion Arranger/Sound Design) and Mike Jackson (Percussion Arranger) onto their design team for the 2023 season. Learn more here. 

The Cavaliers

  • The Cavaliers recently announced a brand-new visual design team. Read the press release here.
  • The corps also announced their music design team, full of familiar faces and new ones, and introduce their new program coordinator and brass arranger. Get all the info here.

Crossmen

  • Crossmen announced on Facebook the hiring of a new Brass Caption Manager.
  • The corps also announced on Facebook their 2023 Color Guard Co-Caption Managers.
  • The corps introduced their full 2023 Design Staff, which includes some familiar and new faces. Those staff members whose positions have been announced have full headshots and bios up on the Crossmen website.

Genesis

  • Genesis introduced their 2023 Lead Creative Team in a Facebook post recently. The corps welcome Chris Cook (Creative Designer), Brooks Andersen (Visual Designer), and Manny Rabell (Guard Designer).
  • The corps also introduced their 2023 "Senior Educational Team" through a Facebook post, full of many new faces. 

Mandarins

  • The Mandarins announced Vince Oliver as their new brass arranger in a Facebook post made recently. 
  • The corps introduced their whole Design Team. Check out their Facebook for more information.
  • Mandarins announced their 2023 Caption Heads earlier this week. Find out who's new and who's returning from 2022 over on their Facebook.

Pacific Crest

  • Pacific Crest introduced a new Program Coordinator for their 2023 season. A full write-up can be found here.
  • PC announced their new Color Guard Caption Manager, Chadd Hartman. Read the press release here.
  • The corps announced they're seeking experienced percussion educators for the 2023 season. Applications should be sent here.
  • PC announced Eric Shriver as their Percussion Caption Manager for 2023. Learn more about Eric here.

Phantom Regiment

  • Phantom Regiment is seeking a new Operations Manager. Those who are interested can find more info here.
  • PR announced a brand new Color Guard Leadership and Design Team for 2023, including Blake Dutton (Guard Designer & Supervisor), Eryn Boone (Co-Caption Head & Manager), and Chris McCarthy (Co-Caption Head & Choreographer). Read the full announcement here.
  • In the same announcement, the corps stated that Adam Sage and Michael James will be returning in the 2023 season in similar roles they've held in the past at Phantom Regiment. 
  • PR announced that Dwight Emmert, Tony Hall, JD Shaw, and Steven Estudillo will return in the 2023 season. Read the announcement here.
  • Regiment announces the Visual Team for 2023: Matt Hartwell (Visual Caption Head), Donnie Hull (Assistant Visual Caption Head), and Noe Gomez (Assistant Visual Designer). Read more about the team here.

Santa Clara Vanguard

  • SCV recently announced their 2023 design team in a Facebook post, which features both new and returning team members.
  • The corps announced Rebecca Compton-Allen as their new Director of Program Management. Full details can be found here.

  • SCV announced their Visual & Guard Leadership team. Read the announcement here.

Seattle Cascades

  • After their hiatus during the 2022 season, Seattle Cascades will be fielding a corps this year and are currently looking for a corps director. Interested parties can apply here.
  • Additionally, the corps is seeking a Brass Caption Manager for the 2023 season. Interest parties should apply here.
  • The corps is also searching for a Program Coordinator to lead all aspects of the Cascades design team. Click here for more information. 

Spirit of Atlanta

  • Following their hiatus during the 2022 season, Spirit of Atlanta will also be back in the competitive landscape in 2023, and recently announced their design team for the season. More info can be found here.
