For the first time since the 2019 season, DCI is making its comeback to movie theaters! The 2022 DCI season will have two shows streaming LIVE on the big screen this summer, one of which is fast approaching. Here's the inside scoop on your two chances to catch a show from the comfort of your local movie theater: the DCI Tour Premiere, and Big, Loud, & Live 17.

DCI Tour Premiere - June 28th

Your first opportunity to see some 2022 drum corps action will be at the DCI Tour Premiere on June 28th, streaming live from Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. Six drum corps will take the field in early-season competition, including Bluecoats, Blue Stars, Boston Crusaders, Cavaliers, Crossmen, and Phantom Regiment. The event will start streaming at 8:30pm ET and will run for approximately 120 minutes (2 hours). Fans can expect a slate of awesome drum corps performances in addition to exclusive commentary from some of the marching community's most well-known members. Big, Loud, & Live 17 - August 11th

Bookending the 2022 season will be Big, Loud, & Live 17 on August 11th streaming live from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. Audiences will get to see the top 15 corps perform in World Championships Prelims competition, in addition to exclusive on-field interviews and commentary from marching members, designers, writers, and more.
