Every band member deals with an injury at some point. Most are fairly minor but some can be rather serious. However, it's all for the love of the marching arts. So what are the most common injuries marching performers encounter?

Twisted Ankles

While marching at some point everyone, especially crab-stepping percussionists, will roll an ankle...or two.

Everybody deals with a bad sun burn at some point. EVERYBODY!

Dislocated Knee

In honor of the Tarpon Springs guard member who performed only a week after dislocating her knee, we had to include this injury. Not exactly a common thing but you have admit the girl is a beast for overcoming.

Busted Fingers

Guard members always have a tough time with their hands. You try throwing dense metal objects in the air and catching them over and over.
