Twelve months after the Boston Crusaders won their first championship in 85 years as a corps, the DCI World Championship return to Lucas Oil Stadium to crown this year’s champion and hand out the Founder's Trophy.
The DCI World Championships begin with Prelims on Aug. 6, with some of the best Open Class corps kicking things off during the day. Then, some of the most recognizable corps in the world will close out the evening hoping to advance to Friday’s semifinal action.

The current score leaders from Canton, Ohio, will close the first night at 10:57 p.m. ET in Indianapolis. The Bluecoats are seeking a third World Class championship and their second in three years. The Bluecoats scored 97.450 at their most recent show and are averaging 96.842 over their last three performances.
What Do The DCI Rankings Look Like?
Carolina Crown and the Blue Devils are behind the Bluecoats in the score rankings entering DCI World Championship Prelims. They are followed by 2025 champion Boston Crusaders and Santa Clara Vanguard.
When Does DCI World Championship Prelims Start?
