On July 5, La Crosse, Wisconsin will host DCI River City Rhapsody. The University of Wisconsin La-Crosse plays host to the event where many of the top drum corps in DCI compete.
With the Bluecoats, who have won back-to-back competitions in La Crosse, not competing, there are a couple groups who will be favored to come out on top this weekend.

The Cavaliers, Phantom Regiment and Blue Stars are among the groups competing in River City. Local corps in Wisconsin such as the River City Rhythm and Sound Of Sun Prairie are also performing earlier in the evening.
