Another show announcement has hit the timeline.
This weekend, Pacific Crest took to social media and announced its 2026 DCI production title after releasing a list of composers they'll be playing last week. The SoCal corps is proud to present 'Irresistible' as its show this summer.

Set to a backing track featuring Beethoven's 'Moonlight' sonata (Piano Sonata No. 14), the text that rolls throughout the trailer reads:
So when tomorrow starts without me, don't think we're far apart. For every time you think of me, I'm right here in your heart.
The excerpt is from a poem by David Romano which explores the grief and emotions associated with losing a loved one. This, associated with the Luna moth that is present within the show graphic, can hint at the overall theme of PC's show this summer, which may explore themes of transformation and new beginnings. Fans will have to wait to see what the corps has in store for us.
Alongside the show announcement trailer, Pacific Crest also announced a repertoire list "inspired by:"
- Colin Self
- Jacob Collier
- Ludwig Van Beethoven
- Eric Whitacre
- Radiohead
- Viet Cuong
While no exact songs and pieces were announced, the list of composers and artists hints at a supremely moody show, full of emotion and heart.
Pacific Crests's first competitive performance of the season will be on July 2nd at the MidCal Showcase. Fans can see PC streaming live on FloMarching for the first time on July 10th at Western Corps Connection.
