The start of the 2025 WGI season is a month away, which means it's officially show announcement season!

A perennial WGI crowd favorite, AMP Winter Guard, announced earlier this week its 2025 WGI show titled, 'Disco Forever.' Here's what the New Jersey-based ensemble has to say about its production:

Get ready to boogie into the glittering, glamorous world of the 1970s as AMP takes you on a dazzling ride through the iconic Studio 54 and the electrifying energy of disco fever! Step into the realm of flashing lights, shimmering sequins, and high-octane dancing that defined a generation.

Inspired by the most famous nightclub in history, AMP keeps the disco pulse alive! From the iconic mirrored balls to the funky beats of Donna Summer, our 2025 production will transport you to the heart of the 70s nightlife scene.

Join us for an unforgettable journey back to when the dance floor reigned supreme, the lights were bright, and the beats were hot.

It's time to get your groove on with AMP Winter Guard and let the disco inferno take over!

AMP also released a show teaser trailer across social media, which fans can check out below:

While AMP hasn't announced its full performance schedule for the 2025 season, you can see performances of 'Disco Forever' at the Corning Regional on February 15, the Philadelphia Regional on March 1-2, the East Power Regional on March 22-23, and at WGI Color Guard World Championships on April 3-5.

AMP Winter Guard's 2024 program, 'Coven,' was a dark, witchy-inspired show that turned a classic trope on its head. Unfortunately, its season was cut short due to an ensemble-wide illness, which resulted in AMP not performing at the WGI World Championship Finals after advancing through Prelims and Semifinals.
