Ahead of their 2023 debut at the Bluecoats Opening Night Community Celebration, the Bluecoats announce their program title, "The Garden of Love." The Canton-based corps also took to social media to tease all aspects of their show, including uniforms, props, and overall show vibe.

William Blake's poem 'The Garden of Love' grounds the teaser trailer, adding a strong backbone underneath the imagery fans will see in this year's show: including bright colors, a flower motif, and stained glass windows that are mentioned in the poem.

I went to the Garden of Love,

And saw what I never had seen:

A Chapel was built in the midst,

Where I used to play on the green.

And the gates of this Chapel were shut,

And 'Thou shalt not' writ over the door;

So I turn'd to the Garden of Love,

That so many sweet flowers bore. 

And I saw it was filled with graves,

And tomb-stones where flowers should be:

And Priests in black gowns, were walking their rounds,

And binding with briars, my joys & desires.

While Bloo may have revealed most elements of their program, one thing fans still are left guessing about is their repertoire. Luckily, fans won't have to wait long to get the full picture of "The Garden of Love." 

Bluecoats, over the past few years, have begun holding back a lot of information regarding their summer program which allows fans to build eager anticipation around what they can expect from Bluecoats on the field during the summer season.
