No. How many times have we heard, “no”? No – you’re not good enough… not smart enough, not the right age, gender, or race. How many times have we said, “no” to ourselves?

Some of the most powerful moments in our lives happen when we are told “no”, and we move through those obstacles to show that, in fact, we can.
