Saturday means DCI Orlando. Another showdown of the East Coast greats—Carolina Crown and Boston Crusaders. Not to mention the intrigue between Spirit of Atlanta aiming for finals and Phantom Regiment surging ahead by over a point in Lexington, SC. In Menomonie, Bluecoats and Santa Clara Vanguard go at it for the third night in a row—preceded by Cavalcade of Brass and the Whitewater Classic. Watch DCI Orlando starting at 7 PM ET on Saturday, July 6 and DCI Menomonie starting at 4:20 PM CT on Sunday, July 7.

DCI Orlando

  • Boston Crusaders beat Carolina Crown by .15 in Lexington, SC—their first time seeing each other since Evansville, IN on June 24.
  • After scoring lower than Spirit of Atlanta in their first four shows together, Phantom Regiment surged ahead of Spirit by 1.25 overall in Lexington.
  • Heat Wave, Jersey Surf, and Music City perform their shows for the first time on FloMarching this season, starting at 7:28 PM ET.

DCI Menomonie

  • Word on the street is that Crossmen have a new ending for this weekend.
  • Just before their trip to the Midwest, Santa Clara Vanguard was beaten for the first time since early in the 2018 season by the Blue Devils.
    • Bluecoats also scored higher than Vanguard by .65 on July 5 in Lisle, IL. 
  • Open Class corps make 2019 debut on FloMarching starting at 5:04 PM CT—Colt Cadets, River City Rhythm, and Legends.
