Five corps from each World and Open Class competed in Stanford, California at the 2026 DCI West event on Sunday, July 5.
It was a star-studded event with three of the top four 2025 DCI finalists in-venue and ready to compete with their 2026 productions.
Bluecoats were the victor with an 83.950, the highest score by far of the season after it was all said and done, ending the night with a nearly two-point gap over the Blue Devils.
Santa Clara Vanguard trailed in third behind the Concord corps by almost a point, taking an 81.150 and continuing their progression.
The Academy and Seattle Cascades also debuted on FloMarching after Open Class corps kicked off the night.
For the younger corps, it was Blue Devils B on top and 2025 DCI Open Class finals silver medalist Gold which took second.
If you missed the action, many of the corps will continue on to the 2026 Western Corps Connection on July 10 in Walnut, CA, for another head-to-head opportunity.
