Film of the Week—Encore: Hey Bloo

In episode one of Encore, we spend time with the Bluecoats guard, brass, and percussion sections to see their process of warming up and preparing to perform on the activity's biggest stage—Lucas Oil Stadium during the DCI World Championships. The corps held the top spot for a majority of the 2019 season and took over the community by storm with their show inspired by The Beatles. "The Bluecoats" was a hit from day one of the 2019 season and culminated in one of the most incredible crowd responses to ever be seen at DCI finals—a chorus of thousands of people singing "Hey Jude" as they walk off the field for the final time.
