DCI Central Indiana Moved Indoors Due To Weather

The DCI Central Indiana presented by Woodwind and Brasswind show has been moved indoors due to severe weather threatening the area. FloMarching WILL be live streaming the indoor performance.

Here is DCI's statement regarding the situation:

Due to anticipated severe weather conditions, the DCI Central Indiana event scheduled for Friday evening in Muncie, Indiana, will be moved inside to Ball State University's Worthen Arena (2000 W. University Ave.). The national Weather Service has issued a hazardous thunderstorm watch in the area through 11 p.m. ET.

"We made the choice to move the event to inside for the safety of tonight's performers and spectators," DCI executive director Dan Acheson said.

The change of venue will move the start time of the event to 7:30 p.m. ET. Participating drum corps will perform a standstill exhibition inside the facility.

The schedule, subject to change, will be:
7:30 -- Welcome & National Anthem
7:40 -- Music City
8:00 -- Pioneer
8:20 -- Madison Scouts
8:40 -- Troopers
9:00 -- Boston Crusaders
9:20 -- Blue Stars
9:40 -- The Cavaliers
10:00 -- Bluecoats
10:20 -- Carolina Crown
10:40 -- Encore Performance
